This includes any communication that you send to me whether that be through the contact form on my website, through email or social media. This is usually if someone contacts me about my work or a specific painting. I would not hold on to this information unless it is absolutely necessary in replying to you, in which case I would make you aware.

Customer data

This includes any data relating to purchases of goods on my website. This would be your name, billing address, delivery address, email address, purchase and your card details. I process this to supply you with the paintings you have purchased and to keep records of these transactions.

Google Analytics

When someone visits www.siobhanfleming.com I use Google analytics, to collect standard Internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. I do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various pages on my site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. I do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting my website.

Mailing list

As part of the subscription through my website I collect your email address. I will use this to contact you about new series and any updates I feel like you will be interested in. I do not pass this information on to any third party providers.
